'Deleting mobile phone messages not a crime': What Supreme Court said while granting bail to BRS leader K Kavitha

The Supreme Court observed that deleting messages and formatting phones is a normal behavior, and does not amount to tampering with evidence, in response to allegations by CBI and ED against BRS leader K Kavitha.
