Maharashtra hit-&-run: Biker crushed to death in Nagpur

Rahul Khairwar, 23, a Madhya Pradesh native and Nagpur labourer, died in a hit-and-run on Katol Road bypass. Without a helmet, an unidentified speeding vehicle crushed his skull. CM Eknath Shinde vowed action. Police seek the vehicle, using private establishment cameras, and registered an offence against an unknown person.
