Now, washing machines for Maharashtra jails to improve inmate hygiene

The Maharashtra prisons department has introduced industrial washing machines to improve inmate hygiene and save time. The initiative, led by DGP-prisons Amitabh Gupta, aims to provide clean clothes uniformly washed for over 40,000 prisoners in the state.
