Goa: Ten-wheeler decapitates man crossing road in Khandepar, head found 1km away in Usgao

A 10-wheeler interstate truck hit and decapitated a pedestrian, leaving his head a kilometer away. The driver was unaware of the fatality until police found the head stuck in the truck's tires.
