Threatened by Maoists, Bastar's 'Vaid' to return Padma Shri

Under relentless threats from Maoists, Padma Shri Hemchand Manjhi, a traditional medicine practitioner in Bastar's Narayanpur district, has announced that he will return the award and discontinue medical practice.
