Pune Porsche crash: Juvenile board panel to carry out psychological tests on teen accused

The Juvenile Justice Board in Pune granted bail to a 17-year-old driver who allegedly killed two techies from MP. The board will monitor the teenager at an observation home and conduct psychological tests and counselling under Section 15 of the Juvenile Justice Act.

A tragic incident in Pune has left two people dead after a 17-year-old, speeding in a Porsche, collided with a motorbike. CCTV footage revealed the car was travelling well above the posted speed limits before the collision, which resulted in the deaths of two IT professionals from Madhya Pradesh, Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta. Witnesses reported that Ashwini was thrown 20 feet into the air, while Aneesh was flung into a parked car. The young driver had reportedly been drinking at a pub to celebrate his Class 12 results just hours before the crash and was driving at an estimated speed of 200 km/h.
