BJP’s Ganguly moves HC over murder-bid case

Abhijit Ganguly, former judge of the Calcutta High Court and BJP candidate for Tamluk, filed a petition in the High Court to dismiss the attempt to murder charge against him. The charge stemmed from a confrontation during nomination submission. Justice Sengupta to consider the petition for a hearing on Tuesday.
