The Washington Post alleges Vikram Yadav, formerly linked with RAW, plotted to target Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in the US. Yadav purportedly divulged Pannun's New York address to a hired hit team. The Ministry of External Affairs declined to respond. Earlier, a Financial Times report claimed the US foiled a similar plot, leading to US concerns over India's involvement. India refuted the allegations and initiated an inquiry.
