2 prisoners rape woman inmate in jail van in Haryana; booked

JIND prisoners raped a woman in a van from PGIMS, Rohtak after offering a spiked drink. A zero FIR was filed by Rohtak police. The victim, serving a 10-year term for an NDPS case, had a previous suicide attempt case.
