Parts of Telangana on orange alert, temp to touch 45C in next few days

IMD issued orange alert for Telangana districts till March 29, with temperatures hitting 45C. Hyderabad expected to reach 40C. High temperatures recorded in various areas like Timmapur, Nalgonda, Sujathanagar, and Bhadradri Kothagudem.
