Over 30kg gold seized in less than 3 months at Kochi airport

In the first quarter of 2024, Customs sleuths at Cochin International Airport were busy, managing to foil 36 smuggling bids. They seized a significant amount of gold, originating mainly from Abu Dhabi, along with other currencies and thwarted innovative smuggling methods.
