In Delhi, 6-month jail to woman for not filing IT returns

A court convicted and sentenced Savitri to six months in jail for not filing an income tax return on an income of Rs 2 crore. The ITO alleged that TDS was deducted against the receipt of Rs 2 crore made by the accused during the financial year 2013–14.
