Police can now snare fleeing suspects from distance of 25ft

The Greater Chennai Police (GCP) plans to introduce remote restraint devices, a law enforcement tool with a 10ft to 25ft range, to reduce the need for physical force or handcuffs during apprehensions. These devices have the potential to reduce injuries and abuses during tense situations.
