Cabbie who sought Rs 5k fare using fake screenshot held in Bengaluru

Bharath Gowda, a 32-year-old cabbie, was arrested for tricking passengers with fake tariff screenshots. Loiyum Khuman filed an FIR with KIA police. Gowda used a rented car attached to taxi aggregators. The incident took place in Terminal 1 and involved a digital payment app. He was charged under IPC Sections 465, 471, and 417.
