After 230 days in custody, Tamil Nadu minister quits

Less than a fortnight after the Madras High Court questioned the continuation of minister V Senthil Balaji in the council of ministers despite his judicial incarceration for more than 230 days, the minister without portfolio resigned on Monday. Gov. R N Ravi is expected to accept it on Tuesday.
