Jammu and Kashmir lieutenant governor Manoj Sinha said on Monday that the Union Territory administration was committed to extending Scheduled Tribes reservation benefits to Pahari, Padari, Koli, and Gadda Brahmin and other communities, as well as including them in tribal plan schemes this year.
