Home Minister Amit Shah stated that the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) would be notified before the Lok Sabha elections. He affirmed the law wouldn't revoke citizenship. Shah emphasized the CAA's importance for the BJP, especially in West Bengal. He also mentioned the forthcoming report on 'One Nation, One Election' by March.
