How this gang duped American citizens by offering tech support

The illegal call centre syndicate impersonated US numbers using various software and diallers. They duped customers of global firms like Amazon and Paypal. Mohit Bansal, the alleged mastermind, was arrested along with 20 others. The police are now tracing other members of the syndicate.
