Retired Army personnel arrested in Delhi for alleged links to LeT module in Jammu and Kashmir

Retired army personnel Riyaz Ahmad Rather, a member of LeT module, was arrested by Delhi Police. He played a pivotal role in transporting arms from across the LoC. He was apprehended at the New Delhi Railway Station while attempting to flee. Riyaz, along with Altaf, had traveled on Mahakaushal Express to reach the station.
