Bhujbal ups ante on quota, says quit Shinde govt on Nov 16

Amid escalating tensions with the state government regarding Maratha reservation, cabinet minister and NCP MLA Chhagan Bhujbal asserted on Saturday that he had tendered his resignation from the ministry on November 16 last year.
