Bank KYC work delayed, upset man dials to warn of bomb

A man from Ulhasnagar called a bank branch, warning of a bomb, to teach bank employees a lesson for delaying his KYC procedures. The police tracked him down, and he confessed. The man was released after receiving a notice.
