Delhi: Scrap old vehicle, get Rs 50k off on new one

Delhi government plans to offer a subsidy of up to Rs 50,000 in road tax to encourage people to scrap their old vehicles. A draft policy on scrapping vehicles has been prepared and is awaiting approval from the finance department.
