Mahatma Gandhi-led stir after 1942 was a non-event, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose delivered freedom, says Tamil Nadu governor R N Ravi

Tamil Nadu governor R N Ravi credited Subhas Chandra Bose more than Mahatma Gandhi for India's freedom. Ravi stated that the national freedom movement led by Gandhi became a non-event after 1942, while acknowledging Netaji's significant role. He also highlighted the division caused by the Muslim League under Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
