Fog-Hit Delhi Airport Upgrades Runway, Scindia Reveals Steps To Address Passenger Issues

Aviation Minister Scindia said that he had issued Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to all airlines on Monday to ease the passenger inconvenience caused by flight delays and cancellations.
