Bilkis Bano, the survivor of a harrowing crime during the 2002 Gujarat riots, expressed a moment of relief as she smiled for the first time in over a year and a half. Alongside Bilkis Bano, her lawyer Shobha Gupta, a steadfast advocate for justice in Bano's case, also experienced a sense of relief and peace following the recent ruling by the Supreme Court.
