A total of 33 Opposition members were suspended from Lok Sabha on Monday for disrupting the proceedings of the House. While 30 members have been suspended for the remainder of the Winter Session, the suspension duration for three — K Jayakumar, Vijay Vasanth and Abdul Khaleque — is yet to be decided. Meanwhile, Rajya Sabha suspended 45 MPs on Monday, with 34 facing suspension for the rest of the Winter Session, while 11 have been suspended until the Privilege Committee delivers its report on their conduct.
