In a coordinated operation with state police, the National Investigation Agency has successfully foiled a major terrorist plot linked to an Islamic State module in Karnataka's Ballari. In a series of raids conducted across 19 locations in four states, including Mumbai and Pune in Maharashtra, Delhi, and Jharkhand's Bokaro, the NIA and local police arrested eight terrorists associated with the Ballari module. According to the anti-terror agency, the operation has successfully thwarted plans to trigger IED blasts.
