It appears that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is expected to miss a second summons from the Enforcement Directorate in connection with the liquor policy case, as per sources informed NDTV on Wednesday. Although Mr. Kejriwal had initially planned to leave yesterday, he decided to postpone his departure to attend a meeting of the opposition bloc in INDIA.
