Inmates in Goa jail burn Ravana effigy, 4 officials suspended

Four staff members of the Colvale central jail, including its assistant superintendent, have been suspended after they allowed some inmates to build a 10-foot Ravana effigy and set it alight on Dussehra on Friday.
