Specially abled girl raped in moving taxi in Mumbai; driver, 1 other held

The Malabar Hill police have arrested two men for allegedly raping a minor specially abled girl inside a moving taxi. The accused includes the taxi driver. A police officer said the incident took place on Monday night.
