India-Canada diplomatic relations have deteriorated in the last two days after Trudeau’s allegations against India. Accusing India of involvement in the killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Canada expelled a top Indian diplomat. In a tit-for-tat move, India summoned the Canadian High Commissioner and expelled the top Canadian diplomat. Now, the question arises whether the diplomatic tension will affect India-Canada military relations too. Major Gen Abhinaya Rai replied to the reporter’s question and said that it does not impact military relations.
