The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) informed a Rouse Avenue court on Tuesday that sanction to prosecute former Union railway minister Lalu Prasad Yadav has been obtained from the Union home ministry in relation to a fresh chargesheet in an alleged land-for-job scam.
