Rape survivor's right to dignity, privacy mark of civilized society: Calcutta HC

The right to privacy and dignity of every individual, particularly that of a sexual assault survivor, was the "cornerstone of a civilized society", the Calcutta High Court said on Thursday and penalised the officers-in-charge of two city police stations for crossing the line.
