Bengaluru IT professional threatened with terror funding, hit-and-run case loses Rs 1 lakh

Scamsters claiming to be from Mumbai RTO tricked a city IT professional to transfer Rs 97,000 saying that her vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run accident and that her bank accounts were used to fund terror activities.
