Five Class XI students in Meghalaya rusticated for ragging junior

Five senior students of Centre-run Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, East Garo Hills, located at Williamnagar in Meghalaya were rusticated after the school authorities found them to be involved in ragging a Class X student who is in hospital for the last four days.
