China includes Arunachal Pradesh, Aksai Chin in its new 'standard map'

China has released its official “standard map,” including state of Arunachal Pradesh and the Aksai Chin region as part of its territory. Taiwan and the disputed South China Sea have also been included within the Chinese territory in the new map.

China ramping up underground military installations in Aksai Chin, satellite imagery confirms
Just a day after tempers flared up in India after China showed Arunachal Pradesh and Aksai Chin as its own territory in the latest edition of its standard map, another reason for Indo-China conflict is gaining momentum. China has ramped up the construction of reinforced personnel bunkers and underground facilities in Aksai Chin, at a location of around 70 kms from the LAC…or the Line of Actual Control. This has been corroborated by the analysis and comparsion of satellite imagery data between December 6, 2021 and August 18, 2023. The comparison clearly shows China’s surreptitious infrastructure build-up and reinforced personnel bunkers in at least 3 spots in the region.
