Travel agencies ordered to pay Rs 50 lakh 4 years after client loses wife, son in accident

Now, 4 years after the accident, the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum directed both Thomas Cook and Red Apple Travel to pay compensation to Yogesh Saigal.
