Bihar scribe Vimal Kumar’s murder planned in jails

Two criminals languishing in Supaul and Araria jails in connection with his brother's murder had planned the killing of journalist Vimal Kumar, who was shot dead at his doorstep in Raniganj around 5am on Friday, Araria SP Ashok Kumar Singh told reporters on Saturday. Four of the eight named accused were arrested, he added.
