The first Parliament of the World’s Religions was held in 1893 in Chicago, IL. The Parliament bills is as “The Birthplace of the Interfaith Movement” which marked “the first formal gathering of representatives of Eastern and Western spiritual traditions.” 100 years later New Ager, UN assistant Secretary General Robert Muller and a company of others put together the Centennial gathering of the Parliament, also in Chicago. The goal was simple. Muller recognized that to have a one world government, there needed to be a one world religion. How are they doing 30 years later?
