Chhattisgarh: Another road mishap claims 17 stray cattle on NH-53, exposes state's inability to check the problem

Just a fortnight after 18 stray cattle perished in Chhattisgarh’s Bilaspur due to a collision with a speeding truck, 17 more stray cattle have met a similar fate in another road mishap on National Highway 53 in Mahasamund district.
