Anjuman Intezamia Masjid committee moves SC against HC order allowing ASI survey at Gyanvapi mosque

Muslim body Anjuman Intezamia Masjid committee Thursday moved the Supreme Court against the Allahabad High Court order permitting an Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) survey at the Gyanvapi mosque.

Gyanvapi Survey Verdict | Allahabad High Court On Gyanvapi Mosque: ज्ञानवापी (Gyanvapi) में एएसआई (ASI) का सर्वे जारी रहेगा. इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट (Allahabad HC) ने ज्ञानवापी सर्वे (Gyanvapi Survey) मामले पर आज बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. लेकिन मुस्लिम पक्ष हाईकोर्ट के इस फैसले से खुश नहीं है. मुस्लिम पक्ष ज्ञानवापी सर्वे पर हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपील करेगा. इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस प्रीतिंकर दिवाकर ने ASI सर्वे पर फैसला सुनाया. जान लें कि इससे पहले वाराणसी कोर्ट ने 21 जुलाई को ASI सर्वे का आदेश दिया था. लेकिन 24 जुलाई को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सर्वे पर रोक लगा दी थी. अब मस्जिद कमेटी की अपील पर आज इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने फैसला सुनाया है.
