Under pressure, Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah assures development funds for MLAs 'only on priority'

To placate growing discontent among some Congress MLAs, CM Siddaramaiah on Thursday assured his party legislators that some funds will be "diverted" to ensure development work in their constituencies, but with a rider - they will be made available only on priority.
