The third day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament saw yet another stormy start as the Opposition continued to corner the government on the Manipur issue. The recently formed INDIA alliance staged a protest on the Parliament premises, demanding Prime Minister Modi's statement on the Manipur issue in both the houses.
