Class 6 boy thrashed by classmates over seat row in Aurangabad, dies

Based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s father late on Wednesday, the Daulatabad police registered a case under sections 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code against the four boys.
