Flood fury: Kullu-Manali lose roads, power; Mandi short of drinking water

A week after the disastrous floods, many parts of this district remain cut off from the rest of Himachal Pradesh where 771 roads continued to be closed on Sunday. This while Mandi remains short of drinking water.
