Heavy rainfall continues to wreak havoc in Himachal Pradesh. Visuals from the state showed rain fury ravaging several towns. The hilly state has been witnessing incessant rains for the last three days. The IMF has issued a red alert for seven districts of Himachal Pradesh. Himachal Pradesh has received 200 mm rainfall, 30 percent more than normal.
