It's 10% water cut but some Mumbai areas feel bigger pinch

Even as the city is facing a 10% water cut since July 1, residents in some pockets, especially at the fague end of the supply network and on steep slopes, are complaining of shortages over and above the cut. Several residents living in the affected areas are dependent on tankers for their daily supply of water.
