Jharkhand: Man carts dead wife, officials refute lack of ambulance charge

After the video of a dead woman being carried on a rickshaw cart to a CHC went viral on social media, Pandeypura panchayat and health officials Panki in Palamu said there was no fault on the part of the authorities.
