99+ percentile to 0.01 in 2nd attempt: Students move Bombay HC for fresh CET 2023

A student who secured 99.49 percentile last year in the MBA/MMS CET conducted by the state's CET cell, appeared again this year to better his score to secure a seat of his choice.
