Sixth edition of Serendipity Arts Festival in Goa to be inclusive

The sixth edition of Serendipity Arts Festival scheduled to be held from December 15 to 23 will be spread across multiple venues in Goa, with this edition laying emphasis on region-specific projects, workshops for people with special needs and a dedicated segment with children's programmes.
